Crews put out kitchen fire at James Island duplex | News
JAMES ISLAND, SC (WCSC)- Fire crews extinguished a kitchen fire early Friday morning at a duplex on James Island.
James Island Fire Department and Charleston Fire Department crews responded to the fire on Theresa Drive, just off Harbor View Road, around 4:30 a.m.
Officials at the scene said the fire started in the kitchen while a man was cooking.
Crews cleared the scene by 6 a.m. No injuries were reported.
